Delivery

Why Pay Too Much provides its customers with next business day delivery on all items.

Our website is updated daily with only products that are in stock to minimize disappointment of the product you require not arriving next business day.

We appreciate that when you are looking for new hardware and software it is usually an urgent requirement and a speedy & efficient delivery service is paramount.

Our customer service team works with the UK’s top couriers to ensure delivery is fast & uncomplicated.

All deliveries require a signature upon receiving at the delivery address supplied. Our couriers will not leave your order at any other address other than the delivery address you supplied upon placing your order.

Next business day deliveries are available up to 4pm on the previous business day and will arrive with you between 9am and 6pm the next business day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).

On the rare occasion you item cannot be delivery next business day. The courier will attempt to re-delivery the following business day.

Returns

In all cases were your require the return of the product you have purchased please contact customer services through the Contact Us Page first. We will require you name, email address, phone number, order number and reason for return to arrange this for you.

We cannot accept any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number.

Why Pay Too Much is subject to the trading terms and conditions of the manufacturer and distributor of each product we supply. These terms and conditions differ considerably depending on the manufacturer of the product and authorised distributor used.

In most cases the following applies (if we are notified within 3 days);

Faulty Item on Delivery (DOA) – Next Business Day Collection and Replacement.

Change your mind/Product no longer required/Ordered Incorrect Product – 15-25% Restocking Fee.

In most cases the following applies (4+ days after delivery);

Faulty Item – Manufacturer’s warranty terms apply. Change your mind/Product no longer required/Ordered Incorrect Product – We are unable to accept the item returned. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for more details.
