The direct View LED Series FE3 uses the latest flip-chip SMD technology to deliver stunning image performance with a state-of-the-art level of quality while increasing energy efficiency significantly to ensure reduced operating cost during its entire lifetime.

The Flipchip SMD Technology enables the FE3 to significantly lower the power consumption while also reducing the product heat load.
